My aches and pains are now few and far between
"I generally felt quite fit but had been suffering with aches and pains. Never having attempted any kind of focused exercise before (nothing remotely like Pilates or yoga) I didn't really know what to expect. I did wonder if I would be flexible or strong enough or whether my aches and pains would be exacerbated as the tendency is to go easy with sore joints to 'protect' them. However, after Louise's expert guidance, I realised that to start gently and progress over time was the way to go. After doing Pilates regularly with Louise for two years, I'm amazed at myself and the exercises I can now do. I can honestly say my aches and pains are now few and far between."
